On Jensen (which is running fairly well, yet it has 128 MB of RAM) I uncommented the startup command in sys$common:[sysmgr]systartup_vms.com, however my problems started after.
Bottom line: DECwindows complains about too little free GBLSECTIONS (235 instead of 280), and wants to run SYSGEN- yet it doesn't help, after disabling TCPIP startup everything got back to normal.
So my question is, where shall i put $ @sys$startup:tcpip$startup so it will be run after DECwindows' startup?
You can use the TCPware DECwindows transport interface only if your system runs . Start the TCP/IP Services components using @TCPWARE:STARTNET TCPWARE.
