Hi,
Maybe someone can help or can give any ideas.
We had a HP LJ4000N printer which was connected to a Decserver 700 serial port as a serial printer. The application can be seen it as a LAT printer.
How can this printer changed to a normál USB printer?
TIA:

Your best option would be to set up a network printer via TCP/IP. |

USB printing is not an option for VMS. If you cannot use IP, you will have to stick with a serial interface on the printer. |

USB printing should work on recent version of OpenVMS.
I have not tried USB + DCPS printing though.
