I'm working these days busy learning CSWS
I sucessfully:
a) rebooted my Personal Alpha
b) upgraded to VMS 8.3
c) installed TCP/IP
d) installed CSWS
e) installed php
After the CSWS install, I read the doc (yes) then configured the server will all default values.
When I start it, it dies a few seconds later, and in the [.logs] dir there is nothing (I did uncomment the logs in the httpd.conf)
Why?
Where,
How?
etc etc

EDIT
1° I was not looking in the right log dir
2° there is nothing else than the EXIT in the apache$sws.log file
3° I found this when running httpd.exe manually:
[Tue Apr 14 23:43:31 2012] [crit] (57)socket is not connected : alloc_listener:
failed to get a socket for 127.0.0.1
Syntax error on line 156 of /apache$root/000000/conf/httpd.conf:
Listen setup failed
So I guess I have a problem with my TCP/IP config, because my port 80 is closed... :-( I checked with nmap.
