I just installed VMS 8.3 onto personalAlpha (emulator) today, received my licenses for the alpha base and 104 Pak and installed them.
I've tried setting up TCP/IP in @SYS$MANAGER:TCPIP$CONFIG and been told that i have no client or server licenses, so i cant setup the domain or routing. (options 2 and 3)
Is the TCPIP license part of the base or 104 pak, if not do i have to speak to compaq?
