Can't get licenses due to entry error |

I recently tried to renew my licenses. I accidentally entered the wrong member number on the form. I got a quick response with licenses that were only valid for a day. I've tried twice since then with the correct member number but I haven't gotten any responses. My machine is now down due to all of its licenses having expired. Is it a mortal sin to accidentally enter the wrong member number on the license request form? What do I have to do to get new licenses now? |

You can set the clock on your system back a few days to keep it running while you get the licenses renewed.
You should be able to e-mail the address you got the license keys from for assistance as it states in the e-mail that the license key procedure is attached to. |

Just an update to this situation. It was caused by cockpit error. I must have saved the attachment somewhere other than where I thought it was so when I looked at it I was actually looking at the previous year's licenses. When I saved the attachment again and looked at the file, the licenses were valid into next year. |
