I'm trying to get a license for my Alpha PWS 433au, but whenever I register all I get is a blank email. Everything seems OK, but the email from the license server has no text whatsoever.

I have looked in David's mail file and can confirm that all that is present is the message headers.

I don't know how the OP's problem turned out, but I requested and received my licenses this evening, which came with everything I needed to renew for another year.

No more VAX hobbyist licenses. Community licenses for Alpha/IA64/X86_64 VMS Software Inc. Commercial VMS software licenses for VAX available from HPE.

New Hobbyist PAKs for VAX/VMS are no longer available according to reports. Only commercial licenses are reported to be for sale from HPE

Can someone please point me to hobbyist license pak? I'm looking for VAX/VMS 7.1, DECnet Phase IV, and UCX/TCPIP ... have the 7.1 media, need the license paks ... thanks!
