Offhand I'd say it could be that the small battery onthe main board has probably gone dead. you don't mention what model Integrity system you have so it's hard to day.
If I were you I'd look for the hardware manual for whatever model you have and see if it mentions what type battery. Otherwise if you have support call and have them check it out. If you are self-supported (or a hobbyist) then open the case and take a look. They are often the CR20xx types where xx = 16/32/etc |

Have a look at the SYSGEN parameter TIMEPROMPTWAIT; if it's not 0, the system will prompt for the system time on reboot. Note that it's entered as micro-fortnights (which are approximated as seconds in the implementation

Alex,
quoting from the online help;
If TIMEPROMPTWAIT is a number in the range of 32768 through 65535, the prompt for the time is issued at intervals starting with 2 and doubling until 256 seconds is reached. If no response is received, the prompts restart, with the 2-second interval. This prompting process repeats indefinitely, until you specify a time.
So, reset it to 0 by
SYSGEN> USE CURRENT
SYSGEN> SET TIMEPROMPTWAIT 0
SYSGEN> WRITE CURRENT
and - if your battery is good - on the next reboot it will not prompt for the time.
HTH,
Martin
