Hi all, 4 years ago when I started my job we had 3 micro VAX computers running VMS and I got roped into working on them We are in the process of adding a 4th system running on a HP Itanium Integrity system. At this point, I know enough VMS to get my self in trouble so I'm in the process of getting the PAK license to run Open VMS on my MacBook Pro using SIMH so I can really learn the system without having to worry about affecting a high uptime mission critical server
I started on DOS, went to Linux, then on to OSX, but my geek-hood is incomplete without getting into VMS.
