worked for 15 years at plant in Ayr, Scotland, did them all from pdps, mips,vax,alpha, spent a lot of time on Lynx, Cobra, Laser, Tlaser and at the end on Wildfire, spent a bit of time in the Us; marboro, maynard,spitbrook, Salem and last of all Fremont.
Was lucky enough to meet and work with some smart people; Jacobi, Shirron, Hartwell, Maskas, Foley et al and my good friemd and colleague Bill Luquette (rip)
Been recently trying to source and old alpha/vax in the uk , still looking, would really like to find a vs710, but realistically anything from a vlc, firefox, or a small alpha box ds10 etc,etc
