from http://www.openvms.org/stories.php?story=12/01/27/8782690:
In addition, the OpenVMS Hobbyist Program offers kits containing OpenVMS Base O/S software and selected Layered Products via download.
I haven't been able to determine if this has actually happened, or is just an intent.
Does anyone have any pointers to where I can do this? |

If you requested new licenses from the openvms.org site, you then got an e-mail that you could reply to to get access to a download directory. It appears the process is somewhat manual at this time.
I am not sure if VAX media is available for download. |

you are correct. I missed this in the email that the PAK came in:
Pointer to kit download available upon request via email to me, specify hardware platform. |
