how can i install OpenVMS alpha on SIMH Alpha Emulator i need to configure the Alpha emulator of SIMH so how can i do it ??
the OpenVMS alpha won't boot on VAX emulator and i need to simulate the Alpha..

Sadly the SIMH Alpha simulator only has the CPU implemented, but none of the rest of the hardware required, as far as I know, so there's no way (yet) to run OpenVMS on it. Some people report some success running es40 (I haven't been one of the lucky ones though), check out the Emulated Alpha subforums.

i tried everything about alpha - AlphaVM and FreeAXP for windows - and i was looking for AlphaVM free Linux i didn't found it yet
AlphaVM free (win) VS FreeAXP (avanti) :
AlphaVM has no limitation about TAPE media
Cannot simulate two Alpha machine but freeAXP does
i will try ES40 Alpha sooooon
