Is this a hobbyist system?
A quorum disk should only be used in a configuration where all voting nodes in the cluster can directly connect to it. For Itanium, this means either a SAN or shared SCSI bus.
From the sound of it, the Server C EFI bios boot setup is not the same as the server it replaced. And with out knowing details of your configuration it will be hard to diagnose.
If this is a business, I would recommend hiring a consultant to help you understand and properly set up your system for reliable operation. |

The cluster settings for ServerC depend on what your boot configuration is.
If you are running a common boot disk, you have to set the EFI boot flags to select the proper root on boot.
If you are running independent boot disks, then you need to make sure that you are booting into the correct disk.
