Were can I find Notes?

When I run SHO LIC I see that there is a license listed for NOTES. I don't recall this being included with the layered products that I received with my hobbyist license. Anyone know where/how I can acquire Notes to run on v8.4 Alpha?

I am not sure where to find it. Notes is installed on both the Deathrow cluster and on Encompasserve.org. Both have free signups. I am sure someone there could help.

No more VAX hobbyist licenses. Community licenses for Alpha/IA64/X86_64 VMS Software Inc. Commercial VMS software licenses for VAX available from HPE.

New Hobbyist PAKs for VAX/VMS are no longer available according to reports. Only commercial licenses are reported to be for sale from HPE

Can someone please point me to hobbyist license pak? I'm looking for VAX/VMS 7.1, DECnet Phase IV, and UCX/TCPIP ... have the 7.1 media, need the license paks ... thanks!
